SIZING - We recommend sizing a half size down. Handwoven leather may feel slightly snug at first but will perfectly mold to your feet over time.
HUARACHE SANDAL - Your handwoven, warm-weather companion; the huarache dates back to pre-Columbian Mexico and has since become a staple shoe across many countries and cultures. Huarache is synonymous with Mexican sandals.
EVERY PAIR IS UNIQUE - Each pair is proudly handmade in an ethical factory we own and operate in Peru. It can take up to an entire day to make a single pair, as it involves 250 individual steps, with 22 people ranging from leather cutting to packaging interacting with the product before its completion. Despite the intensity, this model is one of our producers’ favorite shoes to work on.
SOFT, HAND-CUT LEATHER - With each wear, our soft, hand-cut leather molds to the shape of your foot over time, leaving you with a comfortable pair of shoes that uniquely fit only you. Durable rubber sole provides advanced traction. We make them well, and you make them perfect.
CONSTRUCTED WITH LESS WASTE - In contrast to other footwear brands that produce high waste, our huaraches are made with smaller strips of leather, allowing us to use up to 95% of our raw material. This method significantly reduces waste compared to other brands that may only use up to 60%.
